Here at Common Purpose, we are passionate about working with people to create a more equitable and inclusive world.
Which means we love a purpose-driven conversation. In fact, we believe we need them, not because we need everyone to hold the same point of view, but because we need to build bridges between people who do not – to foster a greater sense of social cohesion, tolerance, and collective responsibility for the issues that affect individuals and society as a whole.
In this second episode we want to dig a bit deeper into what really are Purpose-driven conversations, why we need to have them, how to start them – and of course, keep them going.
